Terms of Service

1. Services
GoInfoo provides software consulting, product engineering, UI/UX design, and cloud infrastructure services. All engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all code, designs, and deliverables produced during an engagement are assigned to the client. GoInfoo retains the right to use anonymized case studies for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual SOWs. Standard terms are 50% upfront, 50% on delivery for fixed-scope projects, and monthly invoicing for ongoing engagements.
4. Limitation of Liability
GoInfoo's total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. The client pays for work completed up to the termination date.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in the jurisdiction of the service provider.
